The "Groomer" as we call it is an excavator mounted mulching unit. This unit is used to effectively mulch vegetation on undulating terrain and surfaces, on banks, over drains, around water ways, wet areas and those hard to get to places.

The excavator is a Komatsu PC160 LC-7 (16 tonne). This gives the operator the versatility of 360deg swing and able to reach high above and below from where the machine is positioned. The Mulcher is a FAE UML-EX150 (1.5m cut) easily capable of mulching a complete tree from the top down whilst it is still standing.
