Our land clearance services include tree felling and removal, onsite mulching using tractors, stump removal and large scale land conversion. We have proven experience clearing difficult access sites as well as felling using heavy machinery.
Asplundh has the most extensive fleet of wholly owned and operated arboricultural and land conversion plant in Australia, this includes:
- Tractors ranging in size from 100 hp to 360 hp running heavy duty fixed flail mulchers.
- Excavators with mulching heads (groomers) that are suited for steep terrain, sides of roads, banks and batters, sensitive areas, and for mulching along rivers, creeks and streams.
- Vertical extraction tree grabs, that are ideally suited for removing trees in close proximity to buildings, infrastructure, power lines, along roads or access ways, orchards, willows along river banks and in environmentally sensitive areas.
- Posi Track skid steer mulchers. These machines are rubber tracked so they can work from bitumen or concrete paths and roads and they have extremely low ground pressure - perfect for confined areas, small blocks, roadside vegetation, fire trails and invasive woody weed clearings.
- A full range of wood chippers and mulchers.
